The partnership between Dr. Kizirian and Mr. Truong goes back several years. Dr. Kizirian has worked in the field with Truong several times before and it was the hard work of Truong, organizing permits, travel details, and logistics that made the trip such a success. Collaboration with researchers from other countries is good for everybody. Not only does it allow our researchers the chance to work in a new and exciting field site, it provides the opportunity to share information, research techniques, and even equipment. We learn from each other.
