Oyé L.A. is a bilingual evening of music and performance poetry inspired by the city of Los Angeles. Performances by the classic Los Angeles band, Tierra with Steve Salas, whose scintillating blend of rock, jazz, R&B and salsa, have made them local legends, will be accompanied by the Afro-Cuban grooves of Francisco Aguabella and his Latin Jazz Ensemble. Poets Ariel Robello, Jime Salcedo-Malo, and Karla Diaz add their own special flavor to the mix. Hosted by comedian/funnyman Rudy Moreno.
L.A: light / motion / dreams will be open to ticket holders from 6:00 to 7:45 PM. Food and drink concessions by Wolfgang Puck Catering & Events will be available before the show.
