HOW TO JOIN

REQUIREMENTS: Active membership is offered to persons at least 18 years of age who are interested in gems and minerals, desire to participate in the activities of the Council, and agree with its goals. No background is necessary. Children are allowed to attend certain events when accompanied by an adult; however, most events are oriented toward adults. Concurrent membership in the Museum Members program is required. Each membership permits two persons to attend Council events and participate in Council activities.

COST: Annual membership dues are $100.00 per year PLUS $60 for Active (two-person) Membership or $70 for Family Membership in the Natural History Museum. Optional higher levels of Museum Membership are available. Council and Museum membership dues are tax-deductible.
