This patio faces the ocean and receives the afternoon sun and almost constant wind. The desiccating conditions made it nearly impossibel to grow plants in the summer. I enlcosed it by bending clear corrugated panels around the bars. It is secured to the bars with cable ties run through holes melted with an old soldering iron.
