About Advance Tickets
Advance timed tickets for Collapse? are available as a convenience on-line. Advanced tickets are available every day the Museum is open on the hour at:
11:00 A.M.
Noon
1:00 PM
2:00 PM
3:00 PM (please make sure to select the correct time when checking out)
Buying Online
You may purchase advance timed tickets online through Ticketweb
Ticketweb service charges are: 14.5% of the ticket value with a minimum of $1.00 and maximum of $3 per ticket plus $1.50 per order.
* Order up to 8 a.m. the day of your visit
* Tickets can be mailed to you by Ticketweb if purchased 10 days in advance and mailing is prefered. If not, on the day of your visit, come to the Will Call entrance (South side of the Museum facing the Coliseum) with your confirmation receipt. Please bring the credit card you used for your ticket purchase for verification.
* Ticketweb accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. They will charge your credit card when you submit the order on-line.
* Once you place your TicketWeb online order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. This is your receipt.

Advance tickets by phone
You can call Ticketweb at 866-468-3399 to reserve tickets via phone if you do not wish to make an on-line purchase. Be advised Ticketweb charges an additional service fee for taking reservations by phone.
Tickets at the Door
Besides what is on sale online, additional timed tickets may be available at the door on the day of your visit on a first-come, first-serve basis. Starting at 9:30 am weekedays and 10 am weekends and holidays.
