Public Transportation

No bus money for your field trip?

Public transportation is a great option. NHM is centrally located and convenient to many bus lines and the DASH Route F. A great way to check out all the ways to get to the Museum is the TransitPeople website.

For each grade level below, you'll find two types of documents. Each Teachable Moments page details a few simple activities for students to do in one of the Museum's halls. The Expanding Experiences document is a more in-depth approach, with pre, during and post field trip activities.
