Experience our historic diorama halls in a new way through this educator facilitated program. Explore an entire ecosystem in a single stop, and learn how to look
closely -- something our scientists do every day.
Did you know we have a living collection? During our Animal Meet & Greet, let a Gallery Interpreter introduce you to a special guest or two from our live animal program!
In the Grand Foyer, look for some of our Gallery Interpreters showcasing some of their favorite specimens in the museum.
The Butterfly Pavilion is one of our seasonal living exhibits! You will be greeted by one of our Gallery Interpreters to explore a contained ecosystem showcasing up to 20 different free-flying butterfly and moth species. Look for butterfly eggs, caterpillars, chrysalis amongst our garden that features both native plants and those we might find common in local landscaping.
Tickets begin every half hour, and space is limited, so show up early to save your spot!
