Follow this pictoral adventure as 4th and 5th graders at Cienega Elementary School learn to observe and question the natural world through the lens of both scientist and artist. By using photography as a medium, the students deepened their awareness of the natural world by studying with both Museum scientists and an artist/photographer. The students produced a series of photographs, poetry and journal descriptions aimed at answering the essential question: How do I observe my world? Their findings and photographs are on display in the Museum's Inter/Act Gallery through February 21, 2010.
