Using a district bus? You may need to book through your district office, not us. This information will pop up when you click in the "District" box of the request form!
LAUSD using a district bus: call School Journeys at (213) 580-2950 to arrange a field trip. Do not continue.
If you are not using a district bus, fill out a visit request using the link below. Submit it at least two weeks before your ideal date! If you need to reschedule, call or e-mail to void your current order and submit a new visit request.
Check Your E-Mail!
You will receive two e-mails from the Museum:
E-mail One tells you we received your request. It contains a tracking number (letters and numbers) and will arrive within 24 hours of filling out the on-line form.
E-mail Two confirms your visit. It includes an order number (just numbers), lists reservations for exhibits and programs and arrives within 2-3 weeks of filling out the request. Check the date of your visit (it may not be your first choice), and times for reservations.
If you have not received a confirmation e-mail after 3 weeks, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at schoolprograms@nhm.org
