Make New Discoveries
We have recently unearthed literally tons of Ice Age fossils, enough to fill 23 huge crates, in the heart of urban Los Angeles! The discovery was tremendously exciting for our paleontologists who have been excavating at the La Brea Tar Pits since the early 20th century. Your Annual Fund donation will help the Museum conduct important scientific research and fieldwork such as the excavation at the Tar Pits we’ve officially named, Project 23.
