Camp life can be fun, grueling and often times both.

The puesto, or small ranch, that was our camp had no running water, so there were no toilets or showers. The bathroom was behind some distant bush or rocky outcrop, and we washed in the small stream that was still barely running in the riverbed below the puesto.

Tasks which normally are simple, such as brushing your teeth, become much more difficult when every drop of water is pumped in.
