Mobile Museum Registration

 

Thank you for your interest in reserving a Mobile Museum program from the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. Please note that this program serves only LAUSD schools and is FREE thanks to the generosity of Max H. Gluck Foundation.  The form below is only for schools requesting a Mobile Museum for a one or two week residency.  If you are interested in requesting a Mobile Museum for a community event such as a festival, library or special event, please go to the Community Outreach page.

In order to complete the registration, you will need to upload the following documents in a PDF, DOC, JPG, or PNG format. Please have these documents ready for upload. 

  • Teacher Roster
  • Campus Map with indicated emergency assembly area.
  • Bell Schedule

 

Due to the popularity of this program, it may take 4-6 weeks to process your request.  We typically receive more requests than our capacity. If you are not selected, we encourage you to reapply the following semester. It is not uncommon for a school to apply several times before we are able to serve them with our program.   

Applications submitted in March will be considered for the following August - December (Fall semester).
Applications submitted in October will be considered for the following January to June (Spring semester).
