Bring your students on a free field trip to NHM! Use the link below to request a self-guided visit, and to learn about all the supplementary programs and exhibits offered at the Museum for free. Our Museum Educators are available throughout our galleries to answer questions and interact with your students. Visit with dinosaurs, explore L.A. nature, and discover iconic diorama halls--interactive experiences await you both indoors and out.
These are the coolest classrooms in the city! Our mobile education programs — An Archaeology Experience and An Ocean Experience — are unique classrooms, situated in modified tractor-trailers that simulate science research environments. These programs are FREE and available to Los Angeles Unified School District elementary and middle schools, thanks to the generosity of the Maxwell H. Gluck Foundation. Scheduling is based on a district-wide waiting list.
